Two Lessons on Life

Easier said than done - well - in a word - NO! Here's the thing - success comes from purposeful action - definite purpose. You definitely want to succeed and enjoy your life and definitely want to provide for yourself and/or your family. Then you need to have a definite plan, a true desire and a definite purpose to pull this off. You have "X" amount of months left as per the exercise we just performed. I choose to spend those months focused on what is important.

I choose to put a plan into action that is going to provide a residual income. Definition - Residual Income: Cash Flow that survives your effort. Set something up and let it pay you time and time again. Residual income is the catalyst to financial freedom and what will allow you to live life on your terms - no longer trading time for money, taking orders, punching a time clock or making quotas.

When most people think of the boy scout they picture the young boy walking the old lady across the street and while that may be true for scouts to be helpful, they also must be prepared. The same preparedness comes when you are starting a home based business. You must prepare yourself for the circumstances that will befall on you.

For example, when you first join your network marketing company you have a dream, you are fired up and ready to accomplish this dream because you are passionate about your product or service. Then you start marketing the old fashion way with the dreaded list, 3-foot rule and expensive ads only to find that not everyone cares about your dream.
