Stress is released through exercise as well. When you're less stressed, you can focus better. The entire chemical make-up of your body changes for the better facilitating better brain function and processing.

Breathing is increased bringing more oxygen to your cells, including your brain cells. For those who practice yoga and/or meditation, pay particular attention to breathing exercises and meditations for the same reasons.

For the moment, allow yourself to stop thinking about being unemployed or lacking money. Instead focus your mind on what you do have and improve it.

Your health is important. Your self-image is important. Both play important roles in interviewing for jobs and even in how you compose those letters of introduction when you apply for a job and submit your resume.

Start by feeling good. Claim it as yours and don't allow anyone or anything to take it from you. YOU ARE IMPORTANT as an individual, not just as a family member, as a worker, as a friend, as someone who cares for your pets or for others. Treat yourself with respect.
